A messuage on the Upper Mescott with 4 acres of land in the occupation of Sarah Watkins, widow.

For the lives of (2) aged 32 years, Henry Watkins brother of (2) of Michael Church, aged 24, and Sarah Watkins their sister aged 14.

Witnesses: Elfd Staples, John Day and Job Gilbert.
