Description:

In a professional survey of the Michaelchurch Estate circa 1830, apparently pursuant to a prospective sale of the Estate which was then subject to a mortgage of £18,132, “Michaelchurch Mill, Mill House and lands” are shown as 11-3-18 ‘in statute measures’ [presumably acres etc], and attracted a land tax of 19 shillings and fourpence per annum.
