Observations:
The top two thirds of the will is badly damaged with a large piece torn off the upper right corner and a smaller piece torn from the upper left as well. It is just possible to identify it as relating to Michalechurch Eskley. The Bond is equally badly damaged with no names of the bounden or their surety surviving; all that can be made out is that Blanch Price executrix appointed administratrix. It has also been signed by Phillipp Prichard clerk.
