Beneficiaries: To wife, Joan Price, all his lands tenements etc in Dorstone to hold for her lifetime and then to his son, Thomas on condition he pay legacies to daughters Sarah Price, £50, Mary Price, £40 and Catherine Price, £40.
To son Thomas, all cattle and implements of husbandry.
All household goods to be divided between the 3 daughters.
To son, William, of Hay, Clerk, specified items of furniture and kitchen equipment.

Executor: son, William Price, clerk .

Marked by testator

Witnesses: Thomas Smith, Thomas Jones and Philip Harris.
