Beneficiaries: To wife, Jane Price, his dwelling, gardens, backsides and the meadow called Gwrlod dan y Ty of about 5 acres. And the close of pasture of about 5 acres called Kae Dychlawr ty 'which…. My father Lewis David did heretofor purchase…..from one David John Thomas…..lying and being in the pish of Michaelchurch Eskley.'
Wife Jane to hold these properties for her lifetime then they would pass to his eldest son David Price on condition he paid legacies of £10 to each of the younger children, William Price, Jane Price and Katherine Price
