Beneficiaries: To his wife Susanna, an annuity of £8 out of the estate in Michaelchurch called Little Ceven, 'which I lately purchased of James Harries'
To son David, the estate called Little Ceven. Also, for the term of 99 years, the messuage , tenement and lands in Dorstone, called The Drain in trust to raise the money, by any means, for the paying of the legacies to his daughters Hannah Parry, Ann Morgan, Susannah Pugh and Elizabeth Pembridge, £20 each; and to his grandsons, David Pritchard and John Prichard to whom he leaves £5 each

Executor: his son, David Prichard.
