Beneficiaries: To grandchildren, Thomas Perkins, William Perkins and James Perkins, £10 each after the death of the testator's wife Anne; in the meantime Anne is to have the annual interest on the £30.
The residue of his personal estate is to be divided equally between wife, Anne and son in law William Perkins. William Perkins' half is constrained with the condition that on the death of either himself or his wife, whichever is the first, £50 is to be paid to the three grandchildren mentioned above, divided equally between them. It is also stipulated that the personal estate be jointly managed by wife Anne and son in law William Perkins and nothing can be disposed of by William without the consent of Anne.
To daughter, Susan, wife of William Perkins, a cow and a feather bed with appurtenances.

Executrix: his wife, Anne with Phillip Parry and Thomas Prichard both of Craswall, yeomen as overseers.

Witnesses: Constance Thomas, James Thomas and Thomas Price.
