Beneficiaries: To her son, Thomas Prosser, 'the messuage or tenement lately erected wherein I dwell in Michaelchurch Escley late purchased of Thomas Powell', subject to the payment of £50. This to be distributed:
To daughter, Joan, wife of Thomas Morgan of
Newton and £10 to Thomas Watkins.
Also to daughter, Joan Morgan, £20 and furnishings and to Thomas Watkins £5.
To Robert Powell, Thomas Gron[?], John Thomas of Peterchurch and James Quarell, cloth to make suits of clothes.

Executors: her son, Thomas Prosser.

Marked by the testator.

Witnesses: William Phillips, David Thomas and William Madey.
