Beneficiaries: To son, James Maibury , the tithes of farm and lands called Redunnog Vawr in Michaelchurch Eskley, 'with all deeds and correspondence touching the same which tithes I purchased of the Earl of Oxford', together with all livestock and implements of husbandry. Also all household goods after the decease of testator's wife.
Son James is to maintain the testator's wife for the remainder of her life.

The surname is given as Maibury in the Will but Maybury on the inventory and Maibury, again, on the end sheet.
