Beneficiaries: To his beloved wife, Mary, the freehold tenement 'wherein I now dwell', for her lifetime and thereafter to eldest son, James Parry subject to payment of debts and legacies.
To son, William, £10.
To daughters, Mary Wood, Catherine Jones and Elinor Pugh, £5 each.
All livestock, household goods and personal estate to his wife.

Executrix: wife, Mary Parry.

Marked by testator.

Witnesses: James Price, Sara Price and John Prichard.

2. Inventory: none but coversheet endorsed 'under £20'

Documents include an uncompleted copy of an order to Collector of Taxes the reverse of which was used as the coversheet.
