Beneficiaries: To son, James Pritchard, the farm called Llanbaddan now in his occupation and which is to descend to his lawfully begotten male heirs.
To daughter, Elizabeth Harris, wife of Walter Harris, blacksmith, the house and garden which the said Walter occupies in Michaelchurch Eskley. plus £50 to be paid out of his personal estate.
To son, Lewis Pritchard the dwelling house or cottage now in the testator's possession, Lewis to pay all the testator's debts.
To son, Thomas Pritchard the farm and lands called Forest Hen in Craswall.
To granddaughter, Ann, daughter of James Pritchard, £40 to be paid her on her attaining the age of 21 or on her marriage whichever is the first, and all his household goods and chattels.
Son Lewis to pay funeral expenses and the costs of proving the will.
Residual legatee, James Prtchard.
