Beneficiaries: To the 4 sons of William Evans that is Joseph, Evan, Thomas and another Thomas being a bastard child, £8; £4 to the two sons of John Pugh, that is Augustine and Evan and £2 to Morgan Price all the aforesaid being of Cwmoy except Thomas, the bastard who is of Landeilo Bertholeame, co Monmouth.
To Thomas Prichard, £2. To Rees Prichard, £2 10 0d. To Margaret and Katherine Prichard, £5 to be divided equally between them both.
To nephew, John Thomas, £2.
To Rebecka Hogges, 20/-
To Thomas Oliver of Cwmyoy £10 and a further £4 to Thomas Oliver 'in trust for the use of Elizabeth Jones According as she has need which is a sister in law to the said Thomas Oliver'.
To Katherine Rowland, £5.and to Katherine Prichard, £5 and to Thomas and James Rowland, £5 each.
To Margaret Evans, daughter of the above mentioned William Evans, 'my bed with all appurtenances.
To Katherine Jones, sister to the above mentioned Elizabeth Jones, 'my pettycoat'.
To Sible Madocks of Llowlstom [Rowlestone?], 'a petty coat and a wascoat [waistcoat]'.
'I give £5 towards my burial'.
To Abraham Rowland of Craswall, £15.
There follows some small bequests of household items.
Then, 'I give £2 worth of bred to the poore of the pish of Michaelchurch Eskley…..to be distributed between the said poore people att two several times in two yeares that is to say att Easter in the two yeares by the Churchwardens Constables and Overseers of the poore of the pish'
Similarly £2 worth of bread was given for distribution to the poor of Cwmyoy at two Easters.

Observations:

The documents include a bond dated 1 July 1678 with bounden Abraham Rowland of Clodock, yeoman and Philip Nathaniell of Clodock, yeoman in the sum of £200 Appointing Abraham Rowland as administrator of the estate.
The Inventory includes a sum of £52 10 0d due on bonds with a list of names of persons upon whom bonds are due, one from as far away as Lidney in Gloucestershire.
There is also a copy of the executor's account by Abraham Rowland dated
13 December 1680 .
