To 'faithful and trusty servant, Mary Jones, the other half and then to James Phillips.
After Mary Jones' death James Phillips to pay legacies of £5 each to Elizabeth, wife of James Webster, and to Catherine and Harriet daughters of James Webster.

Executors: James Phillips and Mary Jones.

Signed by testator.

Witnesses: Thomas Lewis and John Prichard.
