' ...whereas I hold by lease under the grant and demise of David Thomas gent, one cott and fower accers of lands?? thereunto belonging for the annual rent of 7/6d?? my will is that Margaret my wife and Jaine my daughter [hole, missing word] the years now in being unexpired in the said [hole]...' ??
Niece Elizabeth vz David 'shall live in the new chamber within the said Fowld during the expiration of the said lease'
