Beneficiaries: To his tenants, James and Ann Prichard the messuage tenement and lands called Tir Evan Badam now in their possession as tenants, subject to the payment of legacies to:
David Jenkins, the deceased's nephew; the 3 daughters of Elizabeth Gwynne, the deceased's sister; the son and daughter of Mr Mathew[s?] of Woodbury by Ann his wife, the deceased's kinswoman; the 2 daughters of David the deceased's brother; and Elizabth Gwynne.
To sister, Elizabeth Gwynne, the deceased's cottage or house in Craswall in possession of Henry Davis to hold for her lifetime and then to her son David Gwynn and his wife Elizabeth for their life, thence to their daughter Ann.

Executors: James and Ann Prichard.
