Beneficiaries: To niece, Elizabeth Morgan, £20 due from Mary Price of St Margarets, widow and a cow now in the custody of Thomas Edwards of Michaelchurch Eskley together with 15/- hire for the animal. Also £11 in the hands of Samuel Waters of St Margarets, 40/- due from Thomas Williams of Little Keven, 12/6d from her sister in law Elizabeth Roberts of Llanvihangel, 15/- due from David Handley of Peterchurch, £20 with £4 interest in the hands of Henry Watkins of Madely.

The inventory consists of wearing apparel, £1, household goods, £1, one cow, £3 with debts and money due by note etc, £90.
The £90, if out at 4% [a normal rate of interest for the time] would only have provided her with an income of £3 12 0d per year.
