Lower Glasnant in Bryngwyn, co. Radnor, subject to paying the interest on the mortgage together with the testator's share in a farm called Upper Glasnant in Bryngwyn. [document torn with gap]…… 'to be equally shared between' the testator's children James Po[well?]; Ann Williams, wife of Robert Williams, cooper; and Elizabeth Dale, wife of Thomas Dale.

Executors: his sons, Thomas Powell and James Powell.
