Beneficiaries:
To wife, Blanch, his house and 2 closes of arable land and pasture estimated to be 9 acres and with 2 little gardens in Michaelchurch Escley for her lifetime. The house and land to be used for the maintenance of their three children, Lewis Richard, Margaret verch Richard and Ales verch Richard. On his wife's death the house and land to be divided equally between the 3 children.

Executors: son, Lewis Richard and daughter,Ales verch Richard.

No indication of testator's mark or signature.

Witnesses: Hughe Harry, Maud verch Myle, Kathren Bevo [Bevan?] widow, 'Kathren the wyff of Howell Prichard', Johan verch John, Ales verch Edward.

Observations:

The large number of witnesses and the fact that they are all with one exception women may indicate that this was a nuncupative will made whilst he was being nursed.
