To every grandchild [number no given], 2 sheep each.
To Catherine Phe [Phillip] Rees, two ewes and lambs
To 'my executor towards the discharing [discharging] of my funeral expenses and the proving of my will, £10.'
To Richard Rees, godchild, my best 'kerving bed steed' [carved bedstead].
To John David, grandchild, all the rest of the household stuff with all the pigs and poultry.
To sons, John Prichard, Rees Prichard, Abraham Prichard and Thomas Prichard together with John David grandson, all the rest of the cattle, horses and mares and sheep not already bequeathed to be divided equally between the five. John David to have the oats and hay and to have the use of the stock and land together with any increase and profits until St Andrew's day next after he testator's death.
