To brother, Thomas Taylor, 1/- and to Thomas Taylor junior, 1/- .
On the death of his wife everything is to pass to Samuel Taylor, son of Thomas Taylor junior of Yorkhill Co. Hereford.

Executrix: wife, Sarah

Observations:

Because the legatee Samuel Taylor is a 3 year old infant the documents include two bonds, the first an administrative bond with bounden Thomas Taylor the younger of Yorkhill, yeoman , Thomas Taylor the elder of the same place, yeoman and Charles King of Farrington, Co. Hereford, yeoman in a surety of £400, appointing Thomas Taylor the younger as administrator for the estate. The second Bond with the same persons bound in the same surety, is in respect of tuition for the infant Samuel Taylor, named in the admon as the principal legatee. His mother, Sarah must, in that case, already be dead.
