Beneficiaries: To wife Mary, all his personal effects with which she is to discharge his debts and funeral expenses.
He appoints two trustees, James Phillips of Michaelchurch Eskley and William Watkins of Craswall. They are to have £2 10 each for their trouble and they are to divide up and distribute £130 which will become available on the death of the testator's mother, Jane Thomas; £80 of which is to go to his wife, £20 to son, Samuel Thomas and £10 each to his 3 daughters Mary Thomas, Jane Thomas and Ann Thomas
