All the rest and residue of his goods to his wife for her use for ever.
To wife, Johan in addition, all messuages tenements lands etc lying in the parish of Michaelchurch Escley and all that property wherein the testator and his wife currently dwell which they purchased from Thomas Powell and his wife Margaret
The testator instructs that at her death, his wife is to leave £12 to Johan, daughter of Simont Parry his nephew which is to be paid within 3 month of her decease..

[ two other names appear at the end of the inventory but they are not listed under the heading 'Prised by'. These two names are hard to decipher one seems to be Morgan the other cannot be read]

Observations:

The documents include a Bond dated 13 June 1628 with bounden Johan Harrie of Michaelchurch Escley and John Thomas of Craswall in a surety of £100.
His inventory which is reproduced below has a list of debts owed appended to the end and these seem to have been included in the final total :
