Beneficiaries: To his wife Izabel, the tenement and lands in Madley, so long as she remains un married, but should she marry they are to pass to son, Thomas on condition he pays Izabel 20/- p.a. for the remainder of her life.
On the death of Izabel, if she remains a widow the property to pass to Thomas who is then to pay £5 each to son, John and daughters, Mary, Izabel and Elizabeth.
To son, Thomas, 'my stock of leather'.

Executrix: his wife, Izabel.

Signed by testator.

Witnesses: Richard Smith, Jehu Lester and Thomas Price.
