A farm called Maireces, 21 ac more or less, to be sold to pay off the mortgage.
Beneficiaries: To son, Samuel Seaborne, The Canon Tump House and 4 ac of land and Powels House and lands, all in Michaelchurch Eskley.
To daughter, Ann Davis, The Catan Wheel House and 4ac of land in St Margarets paying out £30 at the death years end.
To son, John Seaborne, the interest on the £30 from Ann Davis of the Catan Wheel. On his death the principal is to be distributed to his three children, £10 each to Mary, Lewey and Thomas.
To daughter,
Elizabeth , Maps Land , 6 ac more or less.
To 'my daughter,
Elizabeth 's daughters', Hannah and Mary, £10 each.
To Robert Howard, Timothy Howard and Shusean Howard, £10 each at the death years end.
His goods and household furniture to be distributed among his children, 'each the same equally'.
To son, Thomas Seaborne, 'one shilling to cut him of the Property'
