Beneficiaries: To John Jones of
Preston on Wye, gentleman, his messuage and lands being freehold and copyhold in Michaelchurch Eskley and Peterchurch, subject to the discharge of the mortgage thereon and payment of a legacy to Elizabeth, wife of Samuel Watkins of Michaelchurch Eskley for her sole use without any control of her husband. If Elizabeth should die, payment to be made to her daughter, Hannah, at age 21.
To Ann, wife of Benjamin Morgan of Michaelchurch, all household goods 'except my clock which I bequeath to William Harris brother of the said Ann Morgan'.

2. Codicil dated
6 April 1804 .
As Elizabeth is now dead, her legacy now passes to her daughter Hannah, as above, together with the household furniture that was willed to Ann Morgan.
