21 January 1829 .
Beneficiaries: To natural son, Thomas and natural daughter,
Elizabeth , all property and 'my annuity of £6 sterling is to be divided equally between them'. Also his household furniture is to be divided between them and the one who has the clock must pay £1 to the other 'and the same have the large brass pan or kettle'.

Executor: none appointed.

Marked by testator

Witnesses: Thomas Jones, James Loyd and Mary Alice Jones all of Peterchurch.

28 August 1834 .

2. Inventory: none but end sheet endorsed '£20'.

 

 

Observations:

The will was proved by Thomas Williams and Elizabeth Meredith as the sole legatees. The probate was sent by post to Mr Thomas Williams, Penypark Michaelchurch Eskley to be left at Mr Phillpotts , grocer of Hay.
There is also a separate sheet with the same postal directions included.
