Beneficiaries: To loving wife [un-named here but from the bond Margaret] reversion of real estate in Michaelchurch Eskley called Tyerucha for life so long as she remains a widow, and then to his daughter. If wife remarries then she is to get 20/- and the estate passes to the daughter.
To daughter, Margaret, the reversion of his estate in St Margarets called Lloynonn.

Executrix: daughter, Margaret with wife and kinsman Thomas Perrott as guardians and trustees.

Witnesses: Robert Shaw, George Lewis and Thomas Jones.

Documents include a bond dated 29 November 1746 with bounden Margaret Price of St Margarets, widow and guardian of the infant executrix and Thomas Jones of Michaelchurch Eskley, corviser in a surety of £400. Appointing Margaret Price widow as administrator of the estate.
