Beneficiaries: To Ann Watkins, wife of John Watkins, £10 to her own use and 'not to commanded or demanded by her husband'.
To granddaughter, Ann Price, £20 and a bed and bedstead with all appurtenances.
To Simon Watkins, 40/-. To Jane Munkle, May Price, John Price, Thomas Price, Blanch Grove, Izabel Price of the Hay, Thomas Quarrell, David and Aithan sons of Aithan Simonds, 20/- each. These legacies to be paid with in a year of the death of last survivor of the testator or his wife.
The residue to his executors

Executors: David Williams and Simon Watkins.

Observations:

The inventory includes no livestock but a long list of debts due to the deceased ranging from £12 0 0d to 10/10d. He calls himself a farmer in his will but the inventory shows him as a husbandman.
