To wife, Catherine, ' the leasehold which I do hold under Lyson Thomas [?] for and towards the maintenance of herself and my three children during her widowhood'. If she remarries then the lease passes to the children with all the income.
To John Prosser, clerk, a 3 yr old sheep.
To wife Catherine, all kine, old mare, all young beats and sheep to be used for the upkeep of the children. If she remarries all the livestock to be divided equally between the childen 'without anie fraud or descite'. She is also to have all the household stuff on similar terms.
Also to Catherine, all bonds and bills, she is to have the money during her widowhood and thereafter it is to go to the children equally. She is also to have 3 acres of corn and a half acre and five acres of oats.

Executor: son, Harry Watkin with wife,Catherine and Lewis Jenkin overseers.
