church of Michaelchurch Escley .
Beneficiaries:

church of St Davids , 4d.
To wife, Sibill, 3 kine, one 2 year old heifer, 8 yearling sheep. a 4 year old horse, a sow & 2 'picks' [piglets] and '[missing word, damaged document edge] flesh that is now in my house'
Also to Sibill, £5 which are in the hands of Lewis Morgan and debts due to the testator from several persons amounting to £4 or thereabouts. In addition, 2 flock beds, two bolsters, 4?? pairs of sheets, a blanket, a rug canvas, a cock, a pan , a caudune' [cauldron]
five platters and a candlestick.
To Harry Thomas, father, one cow 'coloured brownish', and an old horse. On father's death the cow and horse are to pass to brother Andrew. Also his father is to have all the land held under Leyson Thomas Esq for the unexpired term.
All the rest of his household stuff to go to his father for his lifetime and then it is to be divided equally between sisters Johan and Jane and brother Andrew.
To goddaughter, Catherine William, one gelt sow.
To Brother, Andrew, 'my best sword and his hanger', one ruff band and one trunk??
To John Prosser, clerk, one ruff and one short black sword.
To Harry Watkin Edmond, one dagger.
All the oats corn and malt in the house to wife Sibill.

Observations:

This is one of the very few wills to include any kind of weaponry. It seems odd that this man who seems to have no connection to gentility should have not one but two swords and also such smart accoutrements to his clothing as ruffs.
