Beneficiaries:  To William Jenkins of Longtown, gentleman, Delahay Symonds of Craswall, yeoman and John Davies of Craswall, yeoman the sum of £45 in trust, to pay for 'maintenance and schooling of my son John James until he is old enough to be apprenticed and then to bind him apprentice'. If he completes his apprenticeship and proves to the satisfaction of the trustees to be hard working and industrious he may have the capital remaining when he is 21; otherwise he must wait till he is 25 for the capital.
Should John die before he reaches 21 the money is to be divided between the children of the testator's brother Phillip.
To Isabel Allen, 25/- and a bed.

Executrix: testator's mother, Elizabeth Mathews.
