Beneficiaries: To nephews, Walter Watkins and James Watkins, all his lands, tenements and premises in Michaelchurch Eskley to hold to the said Walter and James Watkins for ever.
Also to Walter and James Watkins the sum of £20 in the hands of Howell Jenkins of Llanveynoe.

Executors: Walter and James Watkins.

Witnesses: Henry Davies and John Price.

Observations:

Documents include a bond dated 10 April 1711 with bounden Walter Watkins of Michaelchurch Eskley, yeoman and Henry Williams of Brecon , gentleman in a surety of £50 This bond is marked by the National Library of Wales as 'X' rather than 'B' Although the will is a copy it seems to have been signed by the original witnesses. Indeed all the documents are written in the same copyist's hand.
