Beneficiaries:
To David Hay, brother, £11.
To John and Elizabeth, the children of William John, brother in law, 'all such sums of money the said William John owes me by bond or otherwise'.
To Gwenllian, sister, £20.
To John, son of cousin Watkin Hay 36/- 'which my brother David owes me'.
To Margaret, daughter of brother in law, David Lloyd, £4.and to Jane and Elizabeth, other children of David Lloyd, 40/- to be divided equally between them. The £4 and 40/- to be paid two years after the testator's decease not before.
To Johan Hay, mother, £5.
To Beatrice daughter of Gwenllian Lloyd of Urishaie , £5, which sum the executrix is to invest until Beatrice reaches 18 when the executrix is to pay her the £5 plus interest of 2/- in the pound. Should Beatrice die before she reaches 18 the executrix to have the principal and interest.
To godchildren, Charles son of Thomas Lewis of Urishaie, James son of James Price, Christopher son of James Thomas Lewis, Margaret daughter of John Butcher and Anne daughter of Anne David, 20/- to be divided equally between them.

To 'the poor of the parish of Michaelchurch Eskley twentie shillings to be paid on the daie of my buriall and ten shillings upon that daie twelve months and ten shillings to be paid upon that daie two years and my will and meaning is that my executrix shall pay the same to such poor of the said parish as she shall think most indigent and needie and not to the hands of the Overseers'.
To sister, Katherine Hay, all those lands tenements etc which were purchased of Simon Thomas Howell and Anne his wife in the parishes of Peterchurch and St Margarets.
