1. Will dated 4 April 1768
Beneficiaries:
To his two brothers, James and Matthew, the cottage and land held by the testator by lease granted to his father by Mr Cornwall which lies in the parish of Cusop and in which Matthew dwells in trust so that they can apply the rent and any profits to the upbringing of his son Benjamin Morgan. Once Benjamin reaches the age of 21 he is to be given the cottage and land for the remainder of the lease. If Benjamin dies before reaching 21 then the cottage and lands go to James' and Matthew's children shared equally.
All goods, household stuff, cattle, chattels and personal estate to be sold and the money used to pay debts, funeral, testamentary, probate and executors expenses. Any money left to be invested until Benjamin reaches 21. The interest to be used during his minority for his clothing, maintenance and education. If Benjamin dies before he reaches 21 again the money to go to the children of James and Matthew.
James and Matthew are to be responsible for Benamin's 'education, tuition and custody'.

Executors: brothers, James Morgan and Matthew Morgan.

Observations:

As this is taken from a copy of the will deposited at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury there are no supporting documents.
