19 June 1774 .
Beneficiaries: To his brother Joseph Exton, for life, the tenement where the testator lives with the remainder to Joseph's son Simon Exton. Also to said Simon Exton, properties called Wern Ddyrus and
Catherine Rowlands Lands and all other properties purchased by the testator from John Exton and formerly owned by the testator's brother Samuel Exton deceased, all which properties are in Michaelchurch Escley and in the occupation of John Lewis and Benjamin Prosser.
To Elinor, wife of James Gilbert of Bacton, 2 messuages or tenements in Bacton now in occupation of James Gilbert subject to payment of an annuity of £10 to Ann Horn, the testator's niece and sister to Simon Exton .
To the poor of Michaelchurch Escley, £5
To the poor Quakers of the parish of Almeley, £5.
To the children of Reverend Thomas Higgins deceased, £5.
To tenant, John Lewis, £5.

Executor: his nephew, Simon Exton

2. Codicil

The bequest to Elinor Gilbert of 2 farms in Bacton called Church House and The Comb is revoked. These properties now devise to Brother Joseph Exton and nephew Simon Exton in trust to sell to James Francis and Benjamin Watkins as agreed by the testator and the purchase money to be used to pay off the mortgage of £800 charged on the testator's estates in Michaelchurch Escley

Witnesses: Nicholas Johnson, Elizabeth Price and Nicholas Johnson junior
