Beneficiaries: To the executors, 'the cottage I hold under Earl Bergavenny situated on Lower Mescode now in possession of Elizabeth Monkley as tenant, together with all moneys due to me'. The rent of the cottage is to be paid to the mortgagee [mortgagor?] until the mortgage is discharged. Thereafter the rents are to be divided between the testator's sons and daughters, William Gwillim, Ann wife of Thomas Price, wheelwright, Thomas Gwillim, James Gwillim and Mary wife of John Lanwarne, farmer.
