All debts, funeral and probate expenses to be paid out of her personal estate.
Beneficiaries: To daughter Elizabeth, the interest on £100 for life. The £100 is then to pass to Mary Miles, daughter of the said Elizabeth and Thomas Miles deceased. When Mary Miles is 21 she must provide security for the £100 to ensure her mother continues to receive the interest.
To William 'the base child of my daughter Elizabeth', £8 to be paid him when he attains the age of 21, in the meantime the interest on the £8 is to be applied to 'the nursing of the said William during his minority'.
Mary Miles to be the residual legatee.
