Recites conveyance by Enoch Jenkins, the testator's brother, to Walter Fisher the testator's husband of a messuage or tenement in Llanveynoe including a covenant for the testator to have the right to bequeath £200  out of the said property
Beneficiaries: This sum is divided between brothers, Enoch Jenkins, Noah Jenkins and Samuel Jenkins. Also to Samuel Jenkins the leasehold tenement where the testator dwells called Teer Evan Badam.
Other beneficiaries: 4 nephews, William Jones, Samuel Jones  David Jones and Herbert Jones. Nephew Thomas Meredith. Nieces Ann Williams, Martha Lewis, Elizabeth Griffiths and Martha Davies. Cousins Mary Hunt the elder and Mary Hunt the younger. Sister in law Mary Jenkins
