First all debts are to be paid by his executor without delay.
Beneficiaries:
To Alce [Alice] William John, a three year old heifer in calf.
To Morgan Lewis, a two year old bullock.
These two legacies are to be delivered to the recipients 6 months after his death.
To Howell Prichard , a bushel of wheat and 2 bushels of oats to be delivered within one month of his death
The residue of his estate, after debts paid and legacies delivered, to his daughter Jane Powell, who is entreated to maintain his wife Elenor, her mother, 'in meate drink and apparel'. Should Elenor reject this maintenance then she is to be provided with a 2 year old heifer in lieu.
Executrix: daughter, Jane Powell.
