Image of newspaper cutting dated 14 May 1842 advertising the sale by auction of Gworlodith Farm, Newton, tenant Thomas Saunders, consisting of dwelling house, barns, stable, cider mill and other outbuildings with about 127 acres. Also 5 closes of land totalling about 24 acres, adjoining the above in Newton, held for one life under the Earl of Abergavenny at a nominal rent.
