(2) Richard Williams of the Yatt , Hereford , yeoman
(3) John James of Hereford , gent.

In pursuance of rights contained in sd Act  for Commissioners to sell land to defray expenses
(1) to (2) parcels of land (specified by reference to Inclosure map) being part of Middle Mescoed Common. To hold t (2) for life then to (3) in trust to prevent dower.
