Grant in fee-farm of two carrucates of land in his [?assarts] of Mascoyt [Maescoed] above the waters of Duneleys, [?Dulas] near the land of Hugh son of Ragon in Netlebache, and near the land of Junior, son of Kener, and near the land of Kedivor son of Deca…[further names given]
Grantor also grants to the said Walter to make a pond and a mill above the water of Duneleys, and grants also to that mill the suit to the grantee and of his men and of his neighbours; also the right to keep his animals throughout all the grantors land of Ewias, except his forest, and to keep his pigs in the grantor’s wood of Mascoit.
Rent two shillings annually.
