Two peices land together 1a-3r-16p on Lower Maescoed Common.... in the occupation of James Farr.... are bounded and abutted by said Common, by a lane leading from said Common to the dwellling house of Benjamin Lewis, by lands of Benjamin Lewis, by the lands of the said Earl in grant to the Rev. Matthew Hale and by lands now held by Ann Lewis, widow of the Pool on all parts and sides thereto. And were formerly, with certain other lands now held by Sarah Lewis, widow, of Shop Vack by a certain indenture of lease dated 21st May 1773 granted to oneJohn Lewis for thr lives of [.? ] Lewis,Thomas Lewis and Elizabeth Lewis afterwards Elizabeth Harris and the longest liver of them and which lease is now expired.

To hold for the life of
James Farr, aged about 49 years
Anne his wife aged about 47 years
Elizabeth his daughter aged about 5 years.
