A house, gardens, orchards and 2 acres of land called Shop Vach on the Lower Mescoed, Newton par St Clodock.

For the lives of John son of (2) aged 21, Anne daughter of (2) aged 14, and Thomas Edwards grandson of (2) aged 1.

Rent 1/6d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
