A house, gardens, orchards and 2 ac of land called Shop Vach on the
Lower Mescoed , Newton .

For the lives of John, son of (2) aged 21, Anne daughter of (2) aged 14 and Thomas Edwards, grandson of (2) aged 1.

Rent 1/6d p.a. with 5/- as a heriot with suit of court.

Witnesses: Robert Mathew,
John Day ; Ro Jenings sr., Job Gilbert.

Endorsed on 3.35: a. Note re livery of seisin by Job Gilbert November 1734. Witnesses:  ?William Edwards, Thomas Thomas and John Jones
                                 b. Ann Lewis, one of the above lives deceased: the other two in being September 1781.
