Parcel of arable land containing about 5 statue acres in the township of Newton now in the occupation of John Powell

William Powell, son of Nathan Powell of Newton, Yeoman, aged 20,
Walter Morgan, son of Henry Morgan of Newton, Yeoman, aged 16
Walter Morgan, son of David Morgan of Bacton, Yeoman,  aged12.
