By William Jones. Review of Thomas Powell’s lease (D.1583.4.81), property consisting of 1 cowhouse, 1 garden, 1 little orchard, 2 fields of pasture, township Newton, all in par Clodock, and of about 21/2 acres (boundary given).
7 Oct 1783; agreed to take £6 for addition of Benjamin Powell aged 22, and Elizabeth Powell spinster aged about 30, son and daughter of the lessee Thomas Powell, who lives on the premises.
