Newton , par. Clodock, co. Heref., yeoman, regranted for a fine of £63 to James Lewis, only surviving life of the original lease.

Property: a messuage, garden and 8 pieces of land of 4ac 2r 32p on Lower Mescoed (the Earl's Common), Newton township, now and for several years in the occupation of James Lewis (boundaries given)

For the lives of James Lewis, aged about 56, Anne his wife, aged about 41 and their son aged about 2.
