1. W ill dated 9 February 1732
Beneficiaries: To his daughters Jane and Elizabeth, £30 each to be paid out of the sale of stock, together with all household goods, linen and woollen, except those left to his son James, to be divided between them.
To son, James, all cattle, grain and implements of husbandry as well as his great bedstead and bed 'whereon I do now lye', two pair of sheets, a great Iron pot and kettle.

Executor: his son, James Bainton.

Signed by the testator

Witnesses: Walter Marsh, Joseph Roberts and Henry Marsh.

2. Inventory: [plus copy] dated12 June 1739, value £139 12 0d. Appraisers Walter Morgan and Walter Marsh.

The spelling of the original inventory is more eccentric than usual; 3 sheets in all.
