Beneficiaries: To his wife,
Elizabeth , 'the profits of my house and lands' for her lifetime and then to son, James.
James to pay from his inheritance £20 to his brother Thom and £5 and a bed and bedstead to his sister, daughter of the testator, Mary Watkins.
James to have £20 due by bond from Thomas Pill [?Pitt} and his fathers trade tools.
Thom also to have £20 from a bond due from Thomas Pitt.
Residual legatee, his wife who is given discretion to dispose of his household goods and chattels amongst his children on her death.

Executor: none appointed and wife renounces her right in favour of son James.
